Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to love your home theater setup. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • To start a return, email us at support@hometheatersupply.co with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, we'll provide return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll cover return shipping and send a free replacement or full refund, your choice.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale, and products returned without original packaging or missing accessories, may not be eligible for a full refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email us and we'll help arrange an exchange once your original item is received.
